Fuwari is a creative Japanese restaurant that used to be a tradesmen's house. Mr. Matsumura, the owner/chef of Fuwari has worked in New York and polished his skills. Therefore his dishes impress not only people who eat but also look at it. In this film, we focused how rhythmically he cooks and tried to match it to the passionate music.

動きそのものに注目してもらおうと、あえて食材を出さずに調理してもらうシーンを撮影しました。 無駄のないその所作は、もはや様式美の域に達しています。

We did't show much food in the film because we wanted you to pay attention to his movement. the way he moves without waste is almost at the level of beauty of the style.
